TERMS OF SALES
Our prices are FOB Ex-Factory, Bangkok THAILAND with Standard packaging (see in packaging details). If special packaging is required, please email your specifications in detail for us to send you a quotation.
PAYMENT
We will inform you by quotation or Performa Invoice of the full cost of your order. We accept payment by telex transfer (T/T) :
§ 50% for deposit and the remaining 50% against shipping document before items shipped.
§ 100% against shipping document before items shipped for orders less than US$ 500.

PACKING
Each product is individually wrapped in a plastic bag or packed in a box. Each order will be packed in corrugated paper carton before shipping.
SHIPPING
Smaller orders can be handled through any of the following services:
* Express Mail Service (EMS)
* Air mail
* Sea mail
* Courier (UPS, DHL, FedEx)
(Price will be quoted on the invoice)
Larger orders via freight forwarders:
Our prices are FOB Ex-Factory, Bangkok THAILAND. This includes the expenses of packing and documentation for the goods forwarding formality. The customer is responsible for the cost of transportation from our factory to the destination.
SHIPPING DURATION
Approximately, air freight from Thailand to USA or Europe takes 7 days and sea freight takes one month.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
CLAIMS
All claims must be made within 5 days after the receipt of shipment. No returned merchandise will be accepted for credit without authorization. Items returned must be in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge, plus freight.
